HR/LMS for business

Staff onboarding, training and certification in one system

in development

SMEs that need to hire, train and certify people systematically

The problem

What usually hurts

If nothing on this list sounds like you, you probably don’t need this product — and we’ll say so.

  • New starters are brought up to speed by whoever happens to be free, and differently every time.
  • Policies and directives live in messengers and folders; finding the current version is hard.
  • There is no way to confirm competence: people have done the training, but what they actually learned is unknown.
  • Training is in one service, HR documents in another, with no link between them.
  • When someone leaves, whatever they knew and never wrote down leaves with them.

What’s inside

Onboarding along a set path

A new starter has a clear path through the first weeks: what to read, what to do, whom to show it to. The same for everyone — not dependent on who happens to be free.

Training and assessment

Materials and knowledge checks in one place, with a clear outcome: passed or not.

Certification

Qualification records with a history: you can see who confirmed what and when, and when each certification expires.

Policies and directives

Internal documents with versions and read-and-acknowledge confirmation. ‘I never saw that’ stops being an argument.

Knowledge stays in the company

What a person knows is recorded in the system, not just in their head and their messages.

What we are trying to solve

In a company of up to a hundred people, training usually rests on individuals rather than on a system. A new starter is brought up to speed by whoever is free; the policy sits in a chat from six months ago; the only person who remembers that an employee passed their assessment is the employee.

While the team is small, this works. The problem appears with growth: every new hire costs the manager as much time as the very first one did.

What the system does not do

It does not run payroll or keep personnel records the way accounting software does. It does not do recruitment or replace a recruiter. Its territory is what happens to a person after they are hired.

In development. The name is a working title — the final one will be chosen from a shortlist (Qadam, Sapa, Ilim, Orken, Osim). No public launch yet.

Questions

What people ask about HR/LMS for business

Is this an HR system or a learning system?

Both, deliberately. They are usually bought separately, and no link forms between HR data and training: it is unclear which employee has confirmed what, and when it expires. The point of the product is that connection.

We have twenty people. Do we need this?

Most likely not. While onboarding fits into a conversation and there are five policies, a separate system will only add work. It starts to make sense when there are more people than the manager can bring up to speed personally.

How is this different from your corporate training in AI tools?

Training in AI tools is a service: we come in and train your team. This is a product: a system in which your company trains its own people itself, continuously and without us.
