Define was founded in 2026. Before that, the team spent years building and launching digital products — from corporate websites and inventory systems to medical information systems and education platforms with tens of thousands of users.
We don’t call ourselves “market leaders” or claim experience the company doesn’t have. Projects delivered before Define was founded are marked as team projects in our case studies — the same honesty we promise in our work.

We test approaches on our own products before offering them to clients: we launch them, support them and pay for every wrong decision ourselves.
An honest filter
We’ll talk you out of development if an off-the-shelf service at twenty thousand tenge a month does the job. Losing one project costs less than a reputation for selling what clients don’t need.
NDA as standard
Clients let us inside their business — so the non-disclosure agreement is signed before the analysis starts, not when the client remembers to ask. That’s why our case studies have no names: just the industry and the numbers.
Working hand in hand with a partner
Marketing on our projects is handled by our partner Lyudmila Litvits, an expert in targeted advertising for small and medium businesses. We agree the boundaries of the work before kick-off and take responsibility for the hand-off.
