Custom software, website and integration development — from scoping the task to launch and support

You don’t have to be the IT director of your own project: one manager, one team — and nothing that is “not my area”.

Sound familiar?

  • You have a website but no enquiries. It looks great and took two months to build — yet the phone stays silent.
  • The studio handed over the site and disappeared. Changes are made by a freelancer one month, a friend the next, or nobody at all.
  • Your processes live in Excel and WhatsApp. Requests get lost, and reports are compiled by hand in the evenings.
  • Five contractors — and nobody is accountable for the result. Each one covers their own piece and points at the next.
  • Integrations “almost work”. Data is moved between 1C, the website and the CRM by hand.

If even one of these sounds like you, the problem can be solved — and the solution doesn’t start with design.

What’s included

For us, development isn’t “building to a spec” but the full engineering cycle. At every stage you receive a tangible deliverable, not a progress report.

  1. Scoping the task. We look at your processes and agree the goal and the success metric. You receive: a process map, a roadmap and a metrics passport — what we measure, how and when.
  2. Design. Structure, user scenarios and a clickable prototype — before a single line of code. You receive: a prototype and a design system.
  3. Development. Web, mobile and internal systems; integrations with 1C, Kaspi, CRM and payment services; AI modules where they pay for themselves. You receive: a working system and the source code, with rights transferred to you.
  4. Launch and training. Launch against a checklist, training for your staff, the first metrics measurement. You receive: a launch checklist, a trained team and before-and-after figures.
  5. Support. Monitoring, updates and incident response within agreed timeframes. You receive: an SLA with defined response times.
  6. Ongoing development. We look at the numbers and improve whatever delivers the greatest impact. You receive: an iteration plan.

The source code and rights are yours. This isn’t a bonus or something to negotiate separately: the transfer is written into the contract. Any team will be able to maintain the system.

Stack

We choose the tools to fit the task, not the task to fit a favourite framework.

  • Web: TypeScript, React and Astro, Node.js; static and server-side applications.
  • Back end and data: PostgreSQL, queues, integration buses; REST and GraphQL.
  • Integrations: 1C, Kaspi, CRM systems, payment services, Kazakhstan government services.
  • Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, servers in Kazakhstan — in line with data localisation requirements.
  • AI: we build it in where the impact can be measured — sorting incoming requests, document recognition, assistants for standard replies. If the impact can’t be measured, we don’t build it in.

Budget

What it costs

We publish ranges so you don’t waste time on “we’ll call you back with a quote”.

Budget and timeline ranges

Online store Kaspi integration included Budget: from 1.5M ₸ Timeline: 6–12 weeks
Web app / product MVP Budget: from 3M ₸ Timeline: 2–4 months

Process

How the work goes

Six stages, each with a deliverable you keep.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery: defining the problem

We work out what has to change in the business — not “which pages the site will have”. We look at the processes and fix the goal, the success metric and the budget range.

You get Process map, roadmap and metrics passport

  2. Step 02

Design: you see it before a line of code

You see the future product in advance: structure, user flows, a clickable prototype. Changes at this stage cost hours, not weeks of rework.

You get Prototype and design system

  3. Step 03

    Development: working in the open

In iterations: every one to two weeks we show a working piece of the system, not a progress report.

You get Working system and source code with IP transfer

  4. Step 04

    Launch and training

Launch by checklist: domains, integrations, analytics. We train your staff on the system before we move into support.

You get Launch checklist, trained team and before/after figures

  5. Step 05

    Support

The system runs — and that’s our responsibility, not “ping us if anything comes up”: monitoring, updates, incident response within agreed times.

You get SLA with defined response times

  6. Step 06

    Evolution

We watch how the system behaves with real users and improve what will have the biggest effect — based on numbers, not guesses.

    You get Iteration plan

Questions

What clients ask about this service

We already have a website and code. Will you take it on?

Yes. We start with a review: what can be kept and what is cheaper to rewrite, and we show you the costs of both options. Rewriting everything from scratch suits us, but not always you — so the decision is made on the numbers, not by default.

How do you handle NDAs?

NDAs are the norm for us, not the exception: clients let us inside their business. We sign before the review starts. That’s also why our case studies carry no client names — only industry, scale and figures.

What does support include?

Uptime monitoring, updates, incident resolution within the timeframes set in the SLA, and improvements within an agreed number of hours. Support is a continuation of the project, not a separate sale after handover.

How do you measure the result?

In the project’s metrics passport: what we measure, how and when. We are accountable for the tool’s metrics — speed, conversion, share of automated operations — and show how they affect your business figures. Business metrics also depend on factors outside our control, so the boundary of responsibility is agreed before we start and set out in the contract.

Let’s start by defining the problem. It’s free.

Tell us what you want to change in your business — in one conversation we’ll work out which tool solves it, what it costs and when it pays off.

  1. 1. We reply within two business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00, UTC+5)
  2. 2. A 30-minute call to clarify the task
  3. 3. We send a proposal with an estimate and a timeline range

We’ll reply through the same channel you used.

We reply within two business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00, UTC+5).
