Service
A tool without the skill to use it is a line in your expenses, not automation. We teach your team to apply AI to your real processes, rather than giving a lecture on neural networks.
Training is built around roles: a manager, a salesperson, an accountant and a developer have different tasks — and different tools to match.
Formats: a one-day corporate training session, a two-day programme, or a programme with implementation support.
Not “we ran a training session”, but two verifiable metrics agreed before the start:
Training often starts with a process review. If it isn’t clear which tasks are worth automating at all, it is wiser to begin with an express diagnostic — it’s free.
Budget
We publish ranges so you don’t waste time on “we’ll call you back with a quote”.
| Project type | Budget | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Corporate AI tools training group of up to 15 | Budget: from 600K ₸ | Timeline: 1–2 days |
| Training programme with rollout | Budget: from 1.8M ₸ | Timeline: 3–6 weeks |
Process
Six stages, each with a deliverable you keep.
Step 01
We work out what has to change in the business — not “which pages the site will have”. We look at the processes and fix the goal, the success metric and the budget range.
You get Process map, roadmap and metrics passport
Step 02
You see the future product in advance: structure, user flows, a clickable prototype. Changes at this stage cost hours, not weeks of rework.
You get Prototype and design system
Step 03
In iterations: every one to two weeks we show a working piece of the system, not a progress report.
You get Working system and source code with IP transfer
Step 04
Launch by checklist: domains, integrations, analytics. We train your staff on the system before we move into support.
You get Launch checklist, trained team and before/after figures
Step 05
The system runs — and that’s our responsibility, not “ping us if anything comes up”: monitoring, updates, incident response within agreed times.
You get SLA with defined response times
Step 06
We watch how the system behaves with real users and improve what will have the biggest effect — based on numbers, not guesses.
You get Iteration plan

Questions
The ones that fit your processes — we choose the set after a short diagnostic of tasks by role. We aren’t tied to any single vendor: the point of training is for people to be able to solve their own tasks, not to master a particular interface.
For hands-on practice, yes — they need access to the tools. During the diagnostic we work out which subscriptions are genuinely needed and for whom: buying everything for the whole company is exactly how you end up with two people using the tools a month later.
We build the practice around your processes, but use anonymised or test data wherever personal data or trade secrets are involved. We agree the data-handling rules before the training and set them out in the contract.
By two metrics: the share of employees using the tools a month after the training, and the hours saved on routine operations. Both are fixed before we start — otherwise any discussion of impact turns into an exchange of impressions.
Tell us what you want to change in your business — in one conversation we’ll work out which tool solves it, what it costs and when it pays off.
