The problem

What usually hurts

If nothing on this list sounds like you, you probably don’t need this product — and we’ll say so.

  • Incoming messages are spread across five messengers, email and calls; some commitments get lost in the back-and-forth.
  • After a meeting there is a voice recording that nobody ever transcribes.
  • Tasks live in your head and in notes rather than in a system — and resurface when it is already too late.
  • Task trackers are built for teams, but a leader needs a system of their own.

Contents

What’s inside

One feed for everything incoming

Messages, emails and recordings are gathered in one place. What matters is on top; the rest stays out of the way — no more working through five apps one by one.

Meetings into text and decisions

Meeting recording and transcription, with commitments and next steps pulled out. A week later you can look up exactly what was promised instead of trying to remember.

Commitments kept in view

What was promised is recorded and reminds you before it becomes overdue.

Set up for one specific person

This is not a mass-market service: each installation is configured around how a particular business owner works — their channels, their rhythm and the way they make decisions.

Why we are building this

The head of a business is the tightest bottleneck in their own company. Things come in from every direction, decisions wait on them specifically, and the available tools are designed either for teams or for personal notes. Sana is an attempt to build a leader’s own system: not another tracker, but a place where the flow comes in and leaves sorted.

We are building it first and foremost for ourselves — which is exactly why we are in no hurry to launch publicly.

Honestly, about the stage

There is no product you can buy yet. We are not naming dates and we are not taking prepayments.

Questions

What people ask about Sana

How is this different from a task tracker?

Trackers are built for teams and assume someone enters tasks into them. Here it works the other way round: tasks and commitments are extracted from the incoming flow the leader already lives in. It does not replace the team’s tracker.

What about the confidentiality of meetings and correspondence?

It is the first thing we are solving in the product, and the main reason it is not yet open to the public. Before launch we will state plainly what is processed and where — general words about security are worth nothing here.

When can we try it?

We are not naming dates: promising a deadline for a product in development is the same ‘we will call you back with a quote’ that we warn clients against. Leave your contact details — we will write when there is something to show.
